  • 1/4 cup finely chopped celery
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped red bell pepper
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning (optional)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil, for frying

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the drained tuna, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, chopped onion, celery, red bell pepper, and minced garlic.

  3. Pour the mayonnaise mixture over the tuna mixture and stir until well combined.
  4. Shape the mixture into patties, using about 1/4 cup of mixture for each patty.
