Ingredients
- 1 lb (450g) steak (ribeye, sirloin, or tenderloin), cut into bite-sized pieces
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp unsalted butter
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Prepare the Steak: Season the steak bites generously with salt and pepper.
- Heat the Pan: In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat until hot.
- Cook the Steak Bites: Add the steak bites to the skillet in a single layer. Cook for 2-3 minutes on each side or until they reach your desired level of doneness. Remove the steak bites from the skillet and set aside.
