Tasty Chicken and Beans Stir Fry

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts, thinly sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, minced
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 cup green beans, trimmed and cut into 2-inch pieces
  • 1 cup snap peas, trimmed
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon hoisin sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch mixed with 2 tablespoons water
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • Sesame seeds for garnish (optional)
  • Cooked rice or noodles, for serving

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Chicken:
  • In a large skillet or wok, heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil over medium-high heat.
  • Add the sliced chicken and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
