Ingredients
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 4 oz sour cream
- 2 tbsp taco seasoning
- 1/3 cup salsa (taco or picante)
- 1-2 jalapenos, seeded and diced (optional)
- 1 ½ cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 ½ cups cooked and shredded chicken (or ground beef, or your favorite protein)
- ⅓ cup chopped fresh cilantro
- 6 large flour tortillas
Instructions
- In a large bowl, beat together the cream cheese, sour cream, taco seasoning, salsa, and jalapenos (if using) until smooth and creamy.
- Fold in the shredded cheddar cheese, cooked and shredded chicken (or your chosen protein), and chopped cilantro.
- Spread a thin layer of the taco mixture evenly over each tortilla.
- Roll up each tortilla tightly, starting from one of the short ends.
- Wrap each roll-up in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or until chilled and firm.
- To serve, slice each roll-up into bite-sized pieces. Enjoy!

- For a vegetarian option, omit the chicken and add black beans, corn, or your favorite vegetables.
