Instructions

  • Wash and dry the strawberries thoroughly.
  • Remove the stems and hollow out the center of each strawberry using a small paring knife or a strawberry huller.
  1. Make the Cream Cheese Filling:
  • In a medium bowl, mix the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
  1. Fill the Strawberries:
  • Transfer the cream cheese mixture into a piping bag or a plastic bag with the tip cut off.

  1. Coat the Strawberries:
  • Roll each filled strawberry in the graham cracker crumbs until fully coated.
  1. Optional Chocolate Drizzle:
  • If desired, drizzle melted chocolate over the coated strawberries for an extra touch of sweetness.

  • Use a spoon or a piping bag to drizzle the chocolate over the strawberries.
  1. Chill and Serve:
  • Place the strawberries on a tray lined with parchment paper.
  • Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the filling to set and the coating to adhere.
  • Serve chilled and enjoy!
