Shrimp & Teriyaki Steak Noodles


Delicious combination of succulent shrimp and savory teriyaki steak served over noodles, perfect for a satisfying meal.

Ingredients

  • 8 oz steak, thinly sliced
  • 8 oz shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 8 oz udon noodles (or noodles of your choice)
  • 1 cup teriyaki sauce
  • 1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced
  • 1 yellow bell pepper, thinly sliced
  • 1 onion, thinly sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Sesame seeds and green onions for garnish

Instructions

  1. Prepare Noodles:
  • Cook the udon noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  1. Cook Steak:
  • Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  • Season the thinly sliced steak with salt and pepper.
  • Add the steak to the skillet and cook for about 2-3 minutes per side, or until cooked to your desired doneness.
  • Remove the steak from the skillet and set aside.
  1. Cook Shrimp:
  • In the same skillet, add the remaining tablespoon of vegetable oil.
  • Add minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  • Add the shrimp and cook for 2-3 minutes, or until pink and cooked through.
  • Remove the shrimp from the skillet and set aside.
  1. Prepare Vegetables:
  • In the same skillet, add the sliced bell peppers and onion.
  • Sauté for 3-4 minutes, or until vegetables are tender-crisp.
  1. Combine Everything:
  • Return the cooked steak and shrimp to the skillet.
  • Pour in teriyaki sauce and stir to coat everything evenly.
  • Add the cooked udon noodles and toss everything together until well combined and heated through.
  1. Serve:
  • Divide the shrimp and teriyaki steak noodles among serving plates.
  • Garnish with sesame seeds and chopped green onions.
