Ingredients
- 1 1/2 pounds ground beef
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon dried basil
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 eggs, lightly beaten
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese (for topping)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a loaf pan with cooking spray or butter and set aside.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, breadcrumbs, 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese, chopped parsley, onion, garlic, oregano, basil, salt, pepper, and beaten eggs. Mix until well combined.
