Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup caramel sauce, plus extra for drizzling
  • 1/4 cup chocolate sauce, plus extra for drizzling
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs, granulated sugar, and melted butter. Mix until well combined.
  2. Press the crumb mixture evenly into the bottom of each cup of a mini cheesecake pan or a lined muffin tin. Press firmly to create a crust.
  3. In another bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth and creamy.
  4. Add the powdered sugar and vanilla extract to the cream cheese, and beat until well combined.
  5. In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
  6. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until smooth and well incorporated.
