Ingredient

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 packet taco seasoning mix
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 cup nacho cheese sauce
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup sliced black olives (optional)
  • 1/4 cup diced onions
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup salsa
  • 1 jalapeño, sliced (optional)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Beef:
  • In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until fully browned. Drain any excess fat.
  • Add the taco seasoning mix and water to the skillet. Stir well and let it simmer for about 5 minutes, until the beef is well coated and the liquid has reduced.
  1. Heat the Cheese Sauce:
  • In a small saucepan, gently heat the nacho cheese sauce over low heat, stirring occasionally until it’s warm and smooth.
  1. Assemble the Wraps:
  • Lay out the flour tortillas on a clean surface.
  • Divide the seasoned beef evenly among the tortillas, placing it in the center of each one.
  • Drizzle a generous amount of nacho cheese sauce over the beef.
  • Add shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, black olives (if using), and diced onions on top of the beef and cheese.
  1. Add Finishing Touches:
  • Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese over the vegetables.
  • Add a dollop of sour cream and a spoonful of salsa on top.
  • If you like extra heat, add a few slices of jalapeño.
  1. Wrap It Up:
  • Fold the sides of the tortilla over the filling, then roll it up from the bottom to the top, creating a neat and secure wrap.
  1. Serve:
  • Serve the wraps immediately while warm. You can cut them in half for easier handling.
