Mini Ham and Cheese Quiche Recipe

These adorable mini quiches are perfect for brunch, a light lunch, or as appetizers for your next gathering. Packed with savory ham and gooey cheese, they’re sure to be a hit with everyone!

Ingredients

  • 1 sheet of refrigerated pie crust, thawed
  • 1/2 cup diced ham
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheese (cheddar, Swiss, or your favorite melting cheese)
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup milk or heavy cream
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: chopped fresh herbs like chives or parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a mini muffin tin with cooking spray or butter.
  2. Roll out the pie crust on a lightly floured surface. Use a round cookie cutter or the rim of a glass to cut out circles slightly larger than the muffin tin openings. Press each circle gently into the muffin tin, making sure the dough comes up the sides.
  3. Place a small amount of diced ham and shredded cheese into each muffin cup.
  4. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk or cream, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  5. Carefully pour the egg mixture into each muffin cup, filling them almost to the top.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the quiches are set and the crust is golden brown.
  7. Remove the quiches from the oven and let them cool in the muffin tin for a few minutes. Use a butter knife to gently loosen the edges of the quiches, then transfer them to a wire rack to cool completely.
  8. If desired, garnish with chopped fresh herbs before serving. Enjoy your delicious mini ham and cheese quiches!
