Ingredients
- For the crust:
- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar

Instructions
- Prepare the crust:
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a medium bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Mix until well combined.
- Press the mixture evenly into the bottom and up the sides of a 9-inch pie dish.
- Bake the crust for 10 minutes, then remove it from the oven and let it cool completely.
- Make the filling:
- In a medium saucepan, combine the whole milk, coconut milk, and sugar. Cook over medium heat until the mixture is hot but not boiling.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the cornstarch, salt, and egg yolks until smooth.
