Ingredients
- 1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 pound crab legs
- 1 pound clams, scrubbed
- 1 pound mussels, cleaned and debearded
- 2 ears of corn, shucked and cut into thirds
- 1 pound baby potatoes, halved
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 6 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 lemon, sliced
- 2 tablespoons Old Bay seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Fill a large pot with water and bring it to a boil. Season the water with salt and Old Bay seasoning.
- Add the potatoes to the boiling water and cook for about 10 minutes, until they start to soften.
- Add the corn to the pot and continue cooking for another 5 minutes.
- Add the crab legs to the pot and cook for 3-4 minutes.
- Stir in the shrimp, clams, mussels, and lemon slices. Cover the pot and cook for an additional 5-7 minutes, or until the seafood is cooked through and the shells of the clams and mussels have opened.
- While the seafood is cooking, melt the butter in a small saucepan over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and cook for 2-3 minutes, until fragrant.
- Once the seafood is cooked, carefully transfer everything to a large serving platter or a clean table lined with newspaper.
- Pour the garlic butter over the seafood boil and sprinkle with chopped parsley.
- Serve immediately with lemon wedges and additional Old Bay seasoning on the side.
