French Dip Slider Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 pound thinly sliced roast beef
  • 12 slider buns
  • 6 slices provolone cheese, halved
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • Optional: Horseradish sauce, for serving
  • Optional: Au jus for dipping

Directions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Slice the slider buns in half horizontally and place the bottom halves in a baking dish.
  3. Layer the thinly sliced roast beef on top of the bottom halves of the slider buns.
  4. Top each slider with half a slice of provolone cheese.
  5. Place the top halves of the slider buns on top of the cheese to close the sandwiches.
  6. In a small bowl, mix together the melted butter, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  7. Brush the butter mixture over the tops of the slider buns.
  8. Pour the beef broth evenly over the sliders in the baking dish.
  9. Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the sliders are heated through.
  10. Optional: Serve the sliders with horseradish sauce for extra flavor and/or provide au jus for dipping.
