Ingredients
- 1 pound thinly sliced roast beef
- 12 slider buns
- 6 slices provolone cheese, halved
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 2 cups beef broth
- Optional: Horseradish sauce, for serving
- Optional: Au jus for dipping
Directions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Slice the slider buns in half horizontally and place the bottom halves in a baking dish.
- Layer the thinly sliced roast beef on top of the bottom halves of the slider buns.
- Top each slider with half a slice of provolone cheese.
- Place the top halves of the slider buns on top of the cheese to close the sandwiches.
- In a small bowl, mix together the melted butter, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Brush the butter mixture over the tops of the slider buns.
- Pour the beef broth evenly over the sliders in the baking dish.
- Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the sliders are heated through.
- Optional: Serve the sliders with horseradish sauce for extra flavor and/or provide au jus for dipping.
