Fluffy Pancakes Recipe

Directions

  6. Pour or scoop the batter onto the griddle, using approximately 1/4 cup for each pancake. Cook until bubbles form on the surface and the edges start to look set, about 2 minutes.
  7. Flip the pancakes and cook until golden brown on the other side, about 1-2 minutes more.
