Apple Salad Recipe
Ingredients
- 4 large apples (Granny Smith, Honeycrisp, or your favorite variety), cored and chopped
- 1 cup celery, chopped
- 1/2 cup walnuts, toasted and chopped
- 1/2 cup dried cranberries
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt or mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional: fresh parsley or mint for garnish
Instructions
- Prepare the Dressing:
- In a small bowl, mix the Greek yogurt (or mayonnaise), honey, and lemon juice until well combined.

- Combine the Ingredients:
