Ingredients

  • 1 can (8 oz) refrigerated crescent rolls
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar (for glaze)
  • 1-2 tbsp milk (for glaze)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a medium bowl, beat the cream cheese, granulated sugar, vanilla extract, and lemon juice until smooth.
  3. Unroll the crescent rolls and separate them into 8 triangles. Place each triangle on the prepared baking sheet.
  4. Spoon a small amount of the cream cheese mixture onto the wide end of each triangle.
  5. Roll up the triangles, starting from the wide end, and tuck the ends underneath to form a crescent shape.
  6. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
  7. While the danishes are baking, prepare the glaze by mixing the powdered sugar and milk in a small bowl until smooth.
  8. Drizzle the glaze over the warm danishes before serving. Enjoy!
