Classic Beef Meatball Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 egg
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 (24-ounce) jar marinara sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, parsley, egg, garlic, oregano, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.
  3. Shape the mixture into 1 1/2-inch meatballs.
