Chocolate Strawberry Wafer Recipe
Ingredients
- Wafers:

Instructions
- Prepare the Strawberry Filling:

- Assemble the Wafers:
- Spread a thin layer of the cooled strawberry filling on one wafer sheet or cookie.
- Top with another wafer sheet or cookie, pressing gently to adhere.
- Repeat with remaining wafers and filling until all are assembled.
- Prepare the Chocolate Coating:
- In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the chocolate chips and coconut oil.
- Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until the chocolate is completely melted and smooth.
- Coat the Wafers:
- Dip each assembled wafer into the melted chocolate, covering it completely.
- Place the chocolate-covered wafers on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Let the chocolate set at room temperature or refrigerate for quicker setting.
