Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked chicken, diced
- 1 cup red grapes, halved
- 1/2 cup celery, chopped
- 1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons Greek yogurt
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/4 cup chopped pecans or walnuts (optional)
- Lettuce leaves, for serving (optional)
- Bread, croissants, or crackers, for serving (optional)
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the diced chicken, halved grapes, chopped celery, and finely chopped red onion.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, Greek yogurt, Dijon mustard, honey, lemon juice, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- Pour the dressing over the chicken mixture and toss to coat evenly.
- If using, fold in the chopped pecans or walnuts.
- Chill the salad in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
