Ingredients
- 1 lb flank steak, thinly sliced
- 1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced
- 1 green bell pepper, thinly sliced
- 1 yellow bell pepper, thinly sliced
- 1 red onion, thinly sliced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp lime juice
- 2 cloves garlic, minced

- 8 small flour or corn tortillas

Instructions
- Marinate the Steak:
- In a large bowl, combine olive oil, lime juice, garlic, chili powder, paprika, cumin, salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper (if using).
- Add the sliced steak to the bowl and toss to coat. Let marinate for at least 15 minutes, or up to 2 hours in the refrigerator.
